This home had fungal growth and calcium build up and water damage due to foundation issues. Our SERVPRO team came in identified to problem immediately and got to work. We used a HEPA vacuum, wire brushed and treated the area. we clean the material and tent dry a dehumidifier to remove the excess moisture out of the materials. In some areas of the home we used primer to seal the material after it is dried to cover any excess stain left on the wall after clean up. The start wasn't pretty but our clients were more than happy with the end result from our crew.
