SERVPRO is sharing what we are thankful for with everyone. The end of the year is coming and we should reflect on what has brought us all the most joy this year. 

You never know what surprises are behind closed doors, but our general manager was pleasantly surprised by our customer's pet pig.  He was all smiles and ready for his SERVPRO selfie moment! 

Toilet overflowed in bathroom, our technicians responded for emergency services within 2 hours from when the loss occurred. this loss was a category 2 due to the water being clean. The crew extracted the wet affected area and removed the carpet and affected trim also checked drywall and vanity for any trapped moisture. Once the crew further inspected they placed a dehumidifier and air movers for drying. Equipment is usually left for a standard 3 days and monitored each day.

Tenants left their kitchen in their apartment filled with trash, Our certified technicians put on their PPE to go in and clean up this apartment and remove all the trash that was left. We made it nice and clean "Like it never even happened."

We arrive at the apartment to find a nasty mess of  urine and feces on floor in the bathroom, our certified technicians put the PPE  on to go in and clean this mess up. 

A lot of soot and smoke damage thru out the home, caused by a small fire. Plastic residue thru out the home from a dehumidifier burning. Our certified technicians went in and cleaned everything to make it "Like it never even happened." 

Hot water heater broke and leaked in finished basement affecting the carpet, walls and baseboards. Our certified technicians went to the residence and cleaned up the water and  the mold.
