I contacted SERVPRO of Catonsville for a whole house carpet cleaning at a rental property of mine. I was on the fence as to whether or not the carpets would need to be replaced but I decided to attempt having them cleaned first and I am so happy that I did. This company was able to restore every room of carpet that I had, the carpets look and smell great. I know they were extremely busy during all the recent storms, but the representatives were all very courteous and helpful. I did have to wait a couple of days due to the volume of jobs already scheduled. Evidently they had a cancellation so they called to ask if I would like them to come out sooner than originally scheduled, what a surprise. The crew showed concern and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The ladies on the phone were also very helpful in dealing with my insurance. Initially called because I thought they could help with the leak (that eventually turned into a geyser) Brittany was most helpful and even after what seemed like 10 calls ... they were there quickly and courteously to hold my hand and walk me through a 5 day process that left my home in incredible shape ...
